At Purifirst, we keep plant shopping simple: fresh, air-purifying plants shipped directly from trusted growers, packed carefully and delivered to your door with minimal waste. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about where we ship, delivery timelines, costs, and what to do if something isn’t perfect on arrival.
Purifirst only delivers to countries within the European Union (EU).
We currently do not ship outside the EU, including to non-EU European countries (e.g., UK, Switzerland, Norway) or international destinations.
Delivery to PO boxes and parcel lockers may be limited depending on the carrier and plant size. If a carrier can’t deliver live plants to the address provided, we may contact you for an alternative address.
Because our plants are shipped fresh from the source, we prepare orders to travel safely and arrive in great condition.
Typical handling time: 1–3 business days
(We use this time to select healthy plants, prepare them for transport, and pack them securely.)
Dispatch days: Usually Monday–Thursday
To protect plant health, we may pause dispatch ahead of weekends or holidays so your plants don’t sit in transit.
Delivery speed depends on your location and the carrier route.
Estimated delivery after dispatch: 2–6 business days within the EU
Please note:
During peak periods (e.g., holidays) or in remote areas, delivery can take longer.
Weather events or carrier delays can occasionally impact timing.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
destination country
order size/weight
packaging requirements (to keep plants safe)
You’ll always see the full shipping price before you pay — no hidden fees, no surprise markups.
Every order includes tracked delivery.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with:
a tracking link (when available)
delivery updates from the carrier

Purifirst is built to be eco-conscious by design. We pack plants to arrive healthy while keeping waste low:

Because plants are living products, packaging may vary slightly depending on the season and plant type — always with the goal of safe delivery and minimal waste.
To help your plants settle in quickly, we recommend:
Unbox immediately after delivery
Check the plant and soil moisture
Place it in appropriate light (care guidance is included)
Allow a short adjustment period — travel can temporarily affect appearance (especially for sensitive leaves)
If your plant looks a little tired after transit, don’t worry — most plants perk up within a few days with light and gentle care.
We take quality seriously. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or in poor condition, we’ll make it right.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
your order number
a clear photo of the plant(s) and packaging
a short description of the issue
Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or refund.
Live plants need timely delivery. If a parcel is returned due to:
an incorrect address
repeated failed delivery attempts
refusal to accept delivery
we may not be able to guarantee plant condition on re-shipment. In these cases, additional shipping charges may apply.
