Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 18 August 2026
These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through the Purifirst online shops at www.purifirst.net and www.purifirst.de. The shops are operated by Euro Interior Innovators UG (haftungsbeschränkt). Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
1. Seller and contact details
Euro Interior Innovators UG (haftungsbeschränkt)

Germany
Managing Director: Matthias Mayer
VAT ID: DE320422319
Email: hello@purifirst.net

2. Scope and customers
These terms govern contracts for plants, planters, accessories and related goods offered through the Purifirst online shops. A consumer is a natural person acting mainly outside their trade, business or profession. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or partnership acting in the course of its trade, business or profession.
3. Product information
Product descriptions, photographs and measurements are provided to help you choose. Because plants are natural living products, each specimen is unique. Colour, leaf shape, growth habit, fullness, height and other natural characteristics may vary from photographs and stated approximate measurements. Such natural variations are not defects.
Decorative pots or accessories are included only when the product description expressly says so. Care information is general guidance; the conditions in each home, including light, temperature and watering, affect a plant after delivery.
4. Ordering and conclusion of the contract
Product displays in the shop are invitations to place an order and are not binding offers. You may review and correct your order before selecting the final order button. By submitting the order, you make a binding offer to purchase the items in the cart.
An automated email acknowledging receipt does not by itself constitute acceptance unless it expressly says so. We accept your offer by sending an order or dispatch confirmation, requesting or processing payment where this clearly indicates acceptance, or dispatching the goods. If we cannot accept an order, we will notify you and refund payments already received.
The contract language is the language used during checkout. We retain order information in accordance with legal and accounting obligations. You receive the material order details and applicable terms by email and can save or print that email using your email application or browser.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros and include applicable value-added tax unless the shop clearly states otherwise. Delivery costs and any other charges are displayed before the order is submitted.
The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by the selected payment provider under that provider’s terms and privacy information. If a payment is rejected or reversed, we may suspend delivery until payment is completed.
6. Availability
We take reasonable care to keep stock information accurate. Living products can become unavailable unexpectedly because of quality checks, nursery conditions or transport restrictions. If an ordered item is unavailable, we will contact you promptly. We will not substitute a materially different plant without your agreement. If no suitable solution is agreed, the unavailable item will be cancelled and the corresponding payment refunded.
7. Delivery
Available destinations, delivery services, estimated delivery periods and charges are displayed in the shop or at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates unless expressly agreed. Weather, plant-safety considerations, public holidays and carrier disruption can affect dispatch or transit. We may delay dispatch briefly where reasonably necessary to protect a living plant from foreseeable weather damage and will communicate material delays.
Where an order contains several items, reasonable partial deliveries may be made if this does not impose additional delivery costs on you. Please inspect the parcel promptly and follow the Unboxing & First 48 Hours guidance.
8. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.
9. Statutory cancellation rights
Consumers generally have a statutory right to cancel distance contracts. Statutory exceptions apply, including contracts for goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. Depending on the nature and condition of the specific living product, this may include live plants and other fresh plant material. Full instructions and the model form are on the Instructions on Cancellation page.
Nothing in the cancellation rules limits statutory rights where goods are defective, damaged or not as described.
10. Defects and the Healthy Arrival Promise
Statutory rights for defective or non-conforming goods apply. Our Healthy Arrival Promise is an additional customer-care commitment and does not replace or restrict those rights.
If a plant or parcel arrives damaged, photograph the outer packaging, shipping label and affected item and contact hello@purifirst.net as soon as reasonably possible. Prompt information helps us investigate transport damage, but failure to contact us within a voluntary reporting period does not remove mandatory consumer rights.
11. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health caused intentionally or negligently, under the German Product Liability Act, and where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
For slight negligence affecting an essential contractual obligation, liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for the contract. An essential obligation is one whose performance is necessary for proper fulfilment of the contract and on which the customer may regularly rely. Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. These limitations also apply to our legal representatives and agents.
12. Consumer dispute resolution
Euro Interior Innovators UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, unless a mandatory legal obligation applies in an individual case.
13. Applicable law and jurisdiction
German law applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice does not deprive them of mandatory protections under the law of the country in which they habitually reside.
If the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the courts responsible for our registered office have jurisdiction, without limiting our right to bring proceedings at another legally permitted venue. Mandatory statutory venues remain unaffected.
14. Final provisions
If an individual provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. The statutory rule applies in place of the invalid provision.
